We’re Hiring: Tender & Bid Manager (GeM + All Govt. e-Procurement Portals)

We are growing our presence in the government procurement sector and are looking for a talented Tender & Bid Manager to manage and scale bidding activities across GeM, CPPP, State e-Procurement portals, PSU portals, and all government tender platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
✔ Manage the complete tender lifecycle: search, evaluation, documentation & submission across all portals
✔ Handle GeM bidding, catalogue management, order processing & compliance
✔ Analyze tender eligibility, scope of work, and competition to decide participation
✔ Coordinate with sales, finance & technical teams for proposal preparation
✔ Prepare technical/commercial bids, BOQs, supporting documents, and pricing
✔ Follow up on submitted bids, negotiations & contract award processes
✔ Maintain and expand business from existing government clients
✔ Build relationships with departments, PSUs & procurement officers
✔ Maintain tender tracking sheets, documentation & MIS reports

Requirements:
- 2–5 years experience in tender/bid management (GeM + multiple govt. portals)
- Strong understanding of government procurement policies & e-procurement systems
-Ability to interpret tender documents and assess participation feasibility
-Excellent communication, documentation & coordination skills
-Experience in AIDC / IT hardware / technology products preferred
