Job Title: Bid Manager – IT Solutions (Hardware, Software, Services)
Experience Required: 2+ Years
Location: Noida, India
Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Bid Executive with experience in managing documentation and coordination for government and enterprise IT bids.
Key Responsibilities:
Study and analyze tender documents (RFPs, RFQs, EOIs)
Prepare and compile technical and commercial bid responses
Coordinate with internal departments (pre-sales, sales, legal, procurement)
Maintain trackers for bids, tender portals, and submission timelines
Liaise with OEMs and vendors for quotations and required documentation
Ensure 100% compliance with bid submission formats and deadlines
Support registration and documentation on GeM and eProcurement portals
Maintain organized bid records and historical data for future use
Key Skills & Requirements:
2+ years of experience in bid/tender management for IT Solutions
Hands-on experience with GeM and eProcurement portals
Familiarity with government and enterprise procurement processes
Strong documentation and coordination skills
Ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously under tight deadlines
Knowledge of IT hardware, software, and services terminology is a plus
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Word and Excel)
