Currently, we are looking for a Bid Manager – Oracle ERP & Financials Offerings to join our team.
Job Description
- Manage the end-to-end bid process for Oracle ERP and Financials offerings, including
- planning, coordination, content development, reviews, and timely submission of RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs
- Collaborate with pre-sales, solution architects, and finance practice leads to create winning proposals aligned with client requirements
- Work on complex, multi-geo RFPs ensuring compliance with client instructions, timelines, and governance
- Translate client needs into compelling value propositions, highlighting Oracle ERP Cloud and Financials capabilities (General Ledger, Payables, Receivables, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Expenses, Procurement, Project Financials)
- Define and execute bid strategies, win themes, differentiators, and competitive pricing models with leadership
- Develop and maintain a central repository of bid content, case studies, and reusable assets specific to Oracle ERP/Financials offerings
- Drive internal governance and approvals including risk assessments, pricing validations, and leadership sign-offs
- Coordinate with global sales teams across NA, EMEA, and APAC geographies to ensure compliance and alignment with regional requirements.
- Support client workshops, solution demonstrations, and oral presentations as part of the sales cycle
Skills & Requirements
- 8–12 years of experience with at least 4+ years in bid/proposal management specific to Oracle ERP/Financials
- Strong functional knowledge of Oracle ERP Cloud and Financials modules – GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Expenses, Procurement, Project Financials
- Proven ability in managing large, multi-tower, and multi-region bids
- Expertise in proposal writing, content development, and storytelling tailored for Oracle solutions
- Strong collaboration skills with CXO-level stakeholders, sales, delivery, and finance leadership
- Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills
- Familiarity with MS Office, RFPIO, Qvidian, and bid management frameworks
- PMP / APMP certification preferred
