Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Bidder to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in generating leads, bidding on freelance platforms, communicating with clients, and securing projects for web development, CMS, and digital services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Bid on projects through Upwork, Fiverr, LinkedIn, and other freelancing platforms.
  • Identify potential clients and business opportunities.
  • Prepare customized proposals based on client requirements.
  • Communicate professionally with prospective clients.
  • Follow up with leads and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Coordinate with the technical team to understand project scope and timelines.
  • Negotiate project terms and pricing when required.
  • Maintain daily reports of bids, leads, and conversions.
  • Meet assigned revenue and project acquisition targets.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in bidding or business development.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Experience with Upwork, Fiverr, LinkedIn, Freelancer, or similar platforms.
  • Ability to write compelling proposals and cover letters.
  • Good understanding of web development, CMS, mobile apps, or digital services.
  • Strong negotiation and client-handling skills.
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented.

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of WordPress, Shopify, Web Development, or Digital Marketing services.
  • Experience with CRM tools and lead management.
  • Ability to work independently and under deadlines.
