Job Description: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Freelancer.com Bidder to join our team onsite. The ideal candidate must be confident in handling client relationships, maintaining bidding records, and ensuring measurable ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and bid on relevant projects on Freelancer.com
• Maintain, update, and optimize the company profile
• Complete required certifications on the platform
• Maintain detailed bidding logs and records of proposals, follow-ups & conversions
• Track and maintain ROI (Return on Investment) from bidding activities
• Achieve monthly project acquisition targets
• Handle client communication (messages, calls, meetings)
• Manage end-to-end customer relationship; from onboarding to project delivery
• Assist in upselling or cross-selling additional services

Requirements:

• Onsite availability (full-time)
• Strong written & verbal communication in English
• Experience in online bidding (preferred but not mandatory)
• Strong proposal writing, negotiation & presentation skills
• Organized, KPI-driven, and committed to achieving targets
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
