Position: Bidder / Sales Executive

We are a growing software house specializing in delivering high-quality IT solutions, web development, digital marketing and design services to international clients. We are looking for a Bidder / Sales Professional to join our team and play a key role in securing international projects through online bidding platforms and client acquisition strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, bid, and secure projects on platforms such as Upwork, Bark.
- Prepare persuasive proposals, and competitive pricing strategies.
- Understand client requirements, analyze project needs, and communicate effectively to ensure clarity before bidding.
- Build long-term relationships with potential and existing clients by maintaining professional communication.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure accurate proposals and realistic timelines.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales/bidding targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and emerging platforms to explore new business opportunities.
- Provide regular reports on bidding performance, pipeline, and conversion ratios.
Requirements:
- Proven experience (1–2 years minimum) as an Online Bidder in a software house or IT company.
- Experience in handling international clients (USA)
- Strong knowledge of bidding portals (Upwork) and international sales processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (mandatory).
- Ability to write customized, engaging, and client-focused proposals.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Karachi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
