Job Overview

We are hiring a motivated and results-driven Bidder / Sales Representative to help us secure animation and video editing clients. Your main role will be to actively hunt and convert clients through social media platforms and freelance marketplaces.

If you understand client psychology, know how to pitch creative services, and can close deals professionally, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads and hunt potential clients via Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
• Bid professionally on Upwork, Freelancer.com, and Fiverr
• Communicate with clients, understand requirements, and convert them into paid projects
• Negotiate pricing and close deals
• Maintain follow-ups and build long-term client relationships
• Achieve monthly sales targets

Requirements

• Experience in bidding or selling digital services (animation/video editing preferred)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of freelance marketplaces (Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer.com)
• Understanding of social media outreach and lead generation
• Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup
