Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Upwork & Fiverr Bidder to generate business through online freelancing platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying opportunities, submitting proposals, communicating with clients, and securing projects that align with company services.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify relevant projects on Upwork and Fiverr on a daily basis
- Prepare and submit high-quality, customized proposals
- Communicate with potential clients professionally
- Follow up on submitted proposals
- Negotiate project terms, pricing, and timelines
- Coordinate with internal teams for project scope and delivery
- Maintain records of bids, responses, and conversions
- Achieve monthly revenue and project acquisition targets
Requirements
- 6 months – 2 years experience in Upwork/Fiverr bidding
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Good understanding of freelancing platforms and algorithms
- Ability to handle client conversations confidently
- Basic understanding of digital services (e.g., Amazon, Shopify, Web, Marketing, etc.)
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
