Bidding Officer

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify and review tender opportunities from government and private platforms.

• Analyze RFP/RFQ documents and clarify technical and commercial requirements.

• Coordinate with internal teams to prepare technical and financial proposals.

• Ensure accurate and timely submission of bids through portals such as Etimad Platform .

• Prepare pricing sheets and cost analysis in collaboration with Finance.

• Maintain records of submitted bids and track results.

• Prepare reports on bidding activities and win/loss performance.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or related field.

1+ year of experience in bidding, tendering, or proposal preparation.

Good knowledge of procurement platforms and pricing processes.

Strong analytical and organizational skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint).
