Big Island Airport Guest Service Rep - Kailua Kona

Hawaii’s premier destination and event management company is seeking Guest Service Rep, our “Ambassadors of Aloha”, for our Big Island, Kailua Kona Airport operations. We are looking for hard-working, dedicated, customer service focused individuals to join our team.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Meet, greet, and assist passengers at Airport to baggage claim and transportation
• Provide excellent customer service
• Customers include corporate & incentive group travelers and individual vacation travelers
• Collect travel vouchers, paperwork, and other documents from customers and clients

Qualifications:

• Professional work ethic, appearance, and customer service style
• Knowledge of our destination and ability to answer customer questions
• Willing to learn airport processes and procedures and follow instructions
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills with external and internal customer bases
• Dependable and on-time
• Willing to work flexible shifts, with availability seven (7) days a week
• Work well in a team environment to accomplish team goals, but also able to work well independently
• Able to comfortably speak to groups ranging from 10-25 people

Pay: From $22.00 per hour
