Experience: 4-10 Years
Education: Graduate in Horticulture, Agriculture, or Food Technology
Salary: Up to ₹7.5 LPA
Designation: Assistant QC Head – Fruits & Vegetables (F&V)
Key Responsibilities
Ensure F&V material clearance from warehouse to stores
Supervise receiving, sorting, grading of produce as per company standards
Train warehouse teams on store quality benchmarks and F&V specifications
Conduct daily/weekly F&1 benchmarking with store op.
Monitor F&V inventory and conduct product quality inspections
Oversee quality process implementation
Maintain documentation and records as per standards
Coordinate with store QC teams for updates on F&V specs and ensure quality supply chain
