Texas Harley-Davidson is hiring an experienced Motorcycle Buyer / Acquisition Specialist to purchase motorcycles at scale across Texas and surrounding states.

This is a 100% commission-based role. No base pay. High volume equals high income.

If you know Harley-Davidson model codes, understand market values, and can negotiate face-to-face, this role is built for you.

What You’ll Do

• Travel city to city sourcing motorcycles
• Attend off-site buying events and pop-up purchase locations
• Inspect, appraise, and buy motorcycles on the spot
• Negotiate directly with private sellers
• Write checks and close deals immediately
• Operate a truck and trailer to transport inventory
• Secure short-term storage when required
• Acquire high-quality, high-margin inventory

Motorcycle Knowledge Required

• Deep Harley-Davidson knowledge (FLTRXS, FLHX, FXLRST, etc.)
• Strong understanding of years, trims, options, and values
• Working knowledge of metric motorcycles (Honda, Yamaha, Kawasaki, Suzuki)
• Ability to assess condition quickly and accurately

Requirements

• Must be able to safely operate a truck and trailer
• Willing to travel extensively
• Willing to relocate (preferred)
• Clean driving record
• Background check required
• Self-directed and comfortable working independently

Performance Expectations

• Minimum requirement: 20 motorcycles acquired per month
• Top performers consistently acquire 30+ motorcycles per month

Compensation

• Commission only (no base pay)
• Paid per unit acquired with volume incentives
• Expected annual earnings: $80,000–$120,000+
• No income cap for high performers
