Bike driver for food delivery

Job Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and responsible Driver to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely delivering goods, maintaining vehicles in top condition, and providing exceptional service. This is a full-time position requiring someone with a valid UAE driving license and a strong understanding of local traffic laws.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely and efficiently transport goods to designated locations within delivery areas.
• Work in the kitchen in free hours to help with the production processes
• Maintain and manage the assigned vehicle, ensuring it is clean, well-maintained, and in good working condition at all times.
• Ensure all traffic laws, regulations, and road safety protocols are followed at all times.
• Report any accidents, vehicle issues, or traffic violations to the relevant authorities and management.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Be flexible with working hours, including weekends and public holidays as needed.
• Keeping the restaurant and area around clean and tidy.

Requirements:

• Valid UAE Driver’s License (Bike License).
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a driver in Dubai or the UAE.
• Good knowledge of Dubai's roads, traffic rules, and regulations.
• Ability to communicate in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to provide excellent customer service.
• Professional appearance and behavior.
• Flexibility to work on different shifts, including nights and weekends.
• A clean driving record with no history of traffic violations.
• Ability to lift heavy items when necessary (for delivery positions).
• Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance is an advantage.
