Full-Time Bike Rental Specialist Needed at Von Cycles – South Jordan, UT!

Von Cycles is your local e-bike specialist right on the Jordan River Trail in South Jordan. We’ve been helping Utah riders enjoy premium electric bikes since 2018 with sales, rentals, and expert service. Now we’re growing our team and looking for a reliable, full-time Rental Specialist to run our daily rental operations!

What you’ll do every day:

• Handle all bike rentals from start to finish
• Schedule customers and fit them on the perfect e-bike (mountain, road, or hybrid)
• Take payments, complete rental agreements, and provide top-notch customer service
• Keep the rental fleet clean, organized, and ready for the next rider
• Help customers of all ages and skill levels get excited for their ride

Who we’re looking for:

• Passionate about bikes (e-bike experience is a huge plus!)
• Excellent people skills — friendly, patient, and helpful
• Detail-oriented and comfortable handling payments & scheduling
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work full-time hours (Tuesday–Saturday)
• Previous retail, rental, or customer service experience preferred but not required — we’ll train the right person!
• Hours are Tuesday- Saturday 10am-6pm
