Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Biker/Rider located in Dubai. The primary responsibilities include delivering packages to Branches promptly, picking up orders from the Market, following designated routes and timelines, ensuring the safety and integrity of the packages during transit, and providing exceptional customer service. The Biker/Rider will also be responsible for maintaining the bike in good working condition and adhering to all traffic regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivery services and navigation skills
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to handle and transport packages safely
• Familiarity with traffic regulations and safety protocols
• Valid driver's license for motorcycles
• Physical stamina and the ability to work independently
• Basic maintenance knowledge of motorcycles
• Prior experience working in Dubai is a plus
