Bike Rider

Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and responsible Rider to deliver orders to customers in a timely and professional manner. The ideal candidate should have excellent navigation skills, a strong sense of responsibility, and a commitment to providing great customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick up and deliver orders (food, packages, or documents) safely and on time
• Plan and follow the most efficient routes for delivery
• Verify delivery details (address, contact number, items) before leaving
• Handle cash or digital payments when required
• Maintain communication with dispatch or operations team
• Ensure the vehicle (motorbike/bicycle) is in good working condition
• Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations
• Provide excellent customer service during deliveries

Requirements:

• Valid driving license (motorcycle, if applicable)
• Own bike or company-provided vehicle (specify if needed)
• Good knowledge of local routes and navigation apps
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Physically fit and able to work outdoors
• Basic communication skills (English; additional languages are a plus)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a delivery rider or courier
• Familiarity with delivery apps and GPS systems
