Bike rider / Car Washer

We are looking for a reliable and customer-oriented Bike Rider & Car Washer to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for riding a company bike to reach customers at various locations, providing on-site car washing services, and ensuring high standards of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a bike to reach customer locations on time.
• Navigate efficiently using provided routes and mobile apps.
• Follow all UAE traffic rules and regulations.
• Communicate professionally with customers and handle inquiries courteously.
• Perform car washing services according to company standards and customer instructions.
• Maintain cleanliness and basic maintenance of the bike and car wash equipment.
• Report any incidents or issues promptly to management.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned jobs and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Possess a valid UAE bike driving license.
• Excellent bike riding and navigation skills.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Good knowledge of Dubai locations and routes.
• Ability to follow customer instructions via mobile app.
• Physically fit to perform car washing duties.
• Previous experience in car washing (advantageous).
• Ability to communicate clearly in English (Arabic speaking is a plus).
• Superb customer service and interaction skills.
• Strict adherence to safety and traffic regulations.
