Job Overview

We are currently hiring Bike Riders (Delivery Associates) for immediate placement across the UAE. This role is ideal for candidates who are physically fit, reliable, and capable of handling delivery tasks efficiently while maintaining service quality.

Scope of Work

• Handle delivery orders efficiently within assigned locations
• Ensure timely pickup and delivery of items
• Maintain professionalism and adherence to company standards
• Follow assigned routes and delivery protocols

Compensation Structure

• Base Pay: AED 5 per delivery
• Incentives:
• 7 AED for deliveries exceeding 10 km
• 8 AED for deliveries exceeding 15 km
• Deductions: Bike-related expenses will be deducted from monthly earnings
• Candidate Responsibilities: Fuel (if applicable), Salik, accommodation, and food

Estimated Monthly Earnings

• AED 3,500 – AED 5,000+
• (Based on performance, working hours, and number of deliveries completed)

Working Hours

• 12 hours per day
• 1 day off per week

Candidate Requirements

• Own Visa with minimum 1-year validity
• Minimum 1-year valid UAE bike driving license
• Valid UAE visa with at least 1-year validity
• Transferable labour card
• Physically fit and capable of performing delivery tasks
• Punctual, disciplined, and responsible

Terms & Conditions

• Minimum employment period: 60 days
• Early exit before 60 days will result in a penalty of AED 1,500 (to be borne by the candidate)
• Selection is subject to a face-to-face interview
• Labour card/work permit transfer is mandatory, including OTP approval from current sponsor

Allocation

• Hiring across Dubai, Sharjah, and Abu Dhabi
• Allocation will be based on slot availability
