Job Summary

We are seeking a professional, high-energy Mobile Detailer & Bike Rider to join our premium car care team. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for navigating to client locations on a company-provided motorcycle and delivering top-tier, "VIP-standard" car cleaning services. The ideal candidate combines expert driving skills with a passion for automotive detailing and exceptional customer etiquette.

Key Responsibilities

1. Premium Service Delivery:

• Perform high-quality mobile car washing and detailing, including exterior foam washing, interior vacuuming, and deep cleaning.
• Execute specialized tasks such as tire polishing, window glass treatment, and dashboard conditioning to ensure a "showroom" finish.
• Ensure all equipment (tanks, sprayers, and microfibers) is maintained in pristine condition.

2. Navigation & Logistics:

• Safely operate a specialized delivery bike/tricycle to various residential and commercial locations.
• Adhere to strict schedules and GPS routing to ensure 100% punctuality for every appointment.

3. Elite Customer Interaction:

• Greet customers with a professional and friendly demeanor.
• Handle customer inquiries on-site and provide recommendations for additional services with a soft-sell approach.
• Confirm client satisfaction before leaving the site and handle digital payments or app-based check-outs.

4. Reporting & Standards:

• Conduct pre-and-post-service inspections of the vehicles and document them via our internal mobile app.
• Maintain a sharp, clean appearance in the company uniform at all times.

Requirements & Qualifications

• License: Valid motorcycle driver’s license (mandatory).
• Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in professional car detailing or manual car washing.
• Communication: Strong English communication skills; ability to interact confidently with high-profile clients.
• Technical Skills: Knowledge of different car surfaces, detailing chemicals, and the safe use of cleaning tools.
• Physical Fitness: Ability to work outdoors and handle the physical demands of detailing multiple vehicles daily.
• Mindset: A "perfectionist" attitude with a keen eye for the smallest details that others might miss.
