Bikini Barista (Full-time/Part-time)

Who We’re Looking For:

As we prepare to expand our group, we are looking for talented, inspired and outgoing individuals to join our team. We have one full-time and one part-time position available. The position is for a Bikini Barista.

Below are some of the traits we are looking for in our applicants:

-Fun, Friendly, outgoing, and great team players. We don't do "drama."
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Customer service is a priority. We respect the crafts of coffee and set the bar at its highest in technical form and customer engagement. Incredible customer service is a must.
-Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
-Self-starter mentality with high energy
-Any experience as a barista is a plus, but we will train the right person.

Responsibilities

-Making espresso drinks
-Preparing breakfast, lunch & desserts; sandwiches, burritos, milkshakes...etc.
-Cashiering; learning our POS system
-Cooking/Preparing food/smoothies for future shifts; stocking the hut accordingly
-Cleaning the hut when able/at the end of shifts.
-Must be able to multi-task and have some common sense.

-Good hygiene is a must
-Your hair and makeup is expected to look natural and finished.
-Maximum effort put into theme days and daily look is required.
-Nice jewelry and nice, clean nails is highly recommended.
-Fit & sexy bodies are encouraged
-CONFIDENCE!!!! Having self-confidence is a must.

Pay/Compensation

Pay depends on experience, but starts out at a minimum of $14/hour. If maximum effort is put into your "look" you will be looking at an average of $25 - $40/hour in tips ON TOP of your hourly wage.

Training

There is four weeks of required training, whether you have experience or not. You will be trained at The Brew & View location and according to your experience, you will have the opportunity to advance as we continue to grow.

Hours

Every barista is expected to be able to close twice per week. We do not do set schedules. The hours you work will be different each week. We are more than willing to work around requested time off, and around school schedules or other jobs.
