Bilingual Accounts Payables Clerk

ABC Autos Inc. is a buy-here-pay-here dealership that has been in business for over 65 years. We are looking for someone that is detail oriented, has a positive attitude, with great organizational skills. The Accounts Payables position will be responsible for but not limited too:

. Data entry of invoices from vendors 4 different companies then reconcile and pay vendors on a daily, weekly or monthly basis.

. Answer phone calls and direct calls to appropriate departments.

. Balancing General Ledgers

. Posting deals

. Taking payments from customer as well as assisting them with our payment kiosk

. Assist the service department with payments to vendors on a daily basis.

. Bilingual (Spanish) and ready to work in a family orientated, highly energetic, and multi task environment. 8-5 Mon-Fri with an hour lunch break

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
