Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Bilingual Accounts Receivable Specialist fluent in English and Mandarin to manage invoicing, payments, and account follow-ups. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
Responsibilities
- Process customer invoices, credit memos, and payment postings
- Monitor customer accounts and follow up on overdue balances
- Reconcile accounts and resolve payment discrepancies
- Maintain accurate records in our accounting system (Quickbooks)
- Provide excellent customer service while handling payment-related issues.
- Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts receivable.
Qualifications
- Fluency in English and Mandarin required
- Proven experience as an Accounts Receivable Clerk or similar role.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks or similar tools.
- Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in accounting is preferred.
