Bilingual admin. officer (local hire)

The Admin Officer is responsible for providing reliable, efficient, and well-organised administrative support across RAMR Group Co.'s head office and outlet operations — ensuring the day-to-day administrative functions of the business run smoothly, accurately, and in a timely manner. This role handles a broad range of administrative tasks including document management, correspondence, scheduling support, data entry, government and licensing liaison, office coordination, and inter-departmental communication.

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration
  • Bilingual Proficiency: Fluency in Arabic and English
  • 2–4 years of administrative experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
