Bilingual Administrative / Accounting Assistant
We are looking for an organized, responsible, and proactive individual to join our team in a part time, full time (to be determined in mutual agreement)
Requirements:
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online
- Bilingual: English and Spanish (spoken and written)
- Experience with:
- Payroll processing
- Invoicing
- Payment tracking and processing
- Bank and account reconciliations
- Accounting knowledge
- Previous experience in the construction industry (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Responsibilities:
- Manage payroll and maintain accurate financial records
- Perform bank and account reconciliations
- Create, send, and follow up on invoices
- Record and reconcile payments
- Assist with general accounting tasks and reporting
- Provide general administrative support
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and team members in both English and Spanish
