Bilingual Administrative Support Team Associate

Description

Must be fluent in both Spanish and English and live in the Manatee/Sarasota, FL area (or be willing to relocate).

SmartPro Financial is looking for a new team member to join our team. This position will assist with the preparation and submission of new account paperwork, account maintenance, and client service related to our support department. Office experience necessary but open to training the right candidate, even without prior experience in the financial industry.

What Winning Looks Like:

• Work with our rep-advisors on all customer service-related communication
• Respond to all emails and voicemails in a timely manner
• Prepare paperwork for new and existing accounts
• Review paperwork for accuracy and submit paperwork for processing
• Follow-up with clients via phone or email for additional information requests or to make calls required to complete transactions.
• Maintain detailed notes in the CRMs and adhere to all compliance requirements
• Other projects and tasks as assigned by the supervisor or rep-advisor.
