Job Summary
We’re hiring a bilingual aesthetician (English/Spanish) to join our growing wellness and aesthetics team.
We take a personalized, client-focused approach—prioritizing thoughtful treatments and meaningful results. Our goal is to provide care that is intentional, effective, and aligned with each client’s needs.
You’ll work with advanced, medical-grade technology including the Fotona SP Dynamis Pro (Er:YAG & Nd:YAG), CO₂ laser, Q-switched laser, and RF microneedling systems such as Agnes RF and Scarlet RF, along with a range of wellness and aesthetic treatments.
Responsibilities
- Conduct consultations and skin analyses to determine appropriate treatments
- Perform advanced aesthetic treatments including chemical peels, microneedling, and laser procedures.
- Safely operate medical-grade devices such as the Fotona SP Dynamis Pro (Er:YAG & Nd:YAG), CO₂ laser, Q-switched laser, and RF microneedling systems (Agnes RF, Scarlet RF)
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on each client’s needs and goals
- Educate clients on skincare routines, pre- and post-treatment care, and realistic expectations
- Maintain accurate and detailed client records, including treatment notes and progress tracking
- Ensure all treatments are performed in accordance with safety protocols and state regulations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional treatment environment
- Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with clients through consistent, high-quality care
- Recommend treatments and products with a thoughtful, client-first approach Stay up to date with the latest techniques, technologies, and industry standards
Qualifications and Experience
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
- Minimum 1–2+ years of experience in a medical spa, dermatology, or wellness setting (preferred)
- Hands on experience with technologies such as the Fotona SP Dynamis Pro (Er:YAG & Nd:YAG), CO₂ laser, Q-switched laser, and RF microneedling systems (Agnes RF, Scarlet RF) (preferred)
- Strong experience performing facials, chemical peels, microneedling, and advanced skincare treatments
- Proven ability to conduct skin assessments and create personalized treatment plans
- Experience educating clients on skincare, pre- and post-care, and long-term skin health
- Comfortable working in a client-focused, high-touch environment with strong attention to detail
- Basic social media skills, including capturing content (before/after photos, videos) and contributing to platforms such as Instagram or TikTok in a professional, brand-aligned manner
