OUR COMPANY IS A 120-UNIT APARTMENT COMPLEX IN NORTHEAST HOUSTON.

FULLY OCCUPIED, FULLY OPERATIONAL, LONG TERM LOCAL OWNER!

Currently hiring a SPANISH SPEAKING, LOCAL, EXPERIENCED maintenance person.

Inspect, troubleshoot, repair and maintain all aspects of home repair: Leaks, faucets, outlets, appliances, air conditioners, carpentry, cabinetry, groundskeeping, painting....

STRONG SKILLS IN HVAC - MUST HAVE GUAGES AND GENERAL HVAC TOOLS.

Keep units fully functional and upgrade where necessary. Communicate with tenants, co-workers and the owner effectively. Hands on experience in several home repair, building and mechanical areas. Troubleshooting, problem solving, willing to learn how things work and how to complete jobs efficiently.

I provide materials and extra man-power - you bring tools and transportation.
