Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) in collaboration with the Inclusion Team, teachers, and parents.
- Provide targeted support and intervention for students with special educational needs.
- Adapt teaching strategies, resources, and activities to meet individual student needs.
- Monitor and assess students’ academic, social, and behavioral progress.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to student progress.
- Support students in developing confidence, independence, and learning skills.
- Work closely with classroom teachers to ensure effective inclusion and differentiation.
- Communicate effectively with parents in both Arabic and English regarding student progress and support strategies.
- Participate in meetings, case discussions, and professional development activities.
- Promote a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment for all students.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Special Education, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
- Professional qualification/certification in Special Educational Needs is preferred.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience working with students with SEN in a school environment.
- Experience developing and implementing IEPs and individualized learning strategies.
- Strong knowledge of SEN practices, inclusion frameworks, and differentiated instruction.
- Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English (written and spoken).
