Bilingual Assistant Retail Store Manager (English/Spanish)

About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Bilingual Assistant Retail Store Manager (English/Spanish) to lead daily operations in a fast-paced grocery environment serving a diverse and primarily Hispanic community. This position is ideal for someone with grocery or retail experience who wants to grow into a Store Manager role while serving a bilingual community.

What You’ll Do

• Support the Store Manager in daily supermarket operations
• Supervise associates and department leads during assigned shifts
• Ensure shelves are stocked, products are fresh, and the store is clean
• Assist with inventory control, ordering, and shrink reduction
• Deliver excellent customer service and support issue resolution
• Help train new employees and support team development
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and company standards
• Act as Store Manager when needed

What We’re Looking For

• Bilingual required: fluent in English & Spanish (spoken and written)
• 1–3 years of experience in a supermarket or grocery supervisory role
• Strong customer service and leadership skills
• Desire to grow and advance within the company
• High school diploma required
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

Pay: $48,000.00 - $53,000.00 per year
