Job Title: Bilingual Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT)
Location: Hybrid- Onsite two days a week required
Schedule: 25+ hours/week (Flexible)
Compensation: $40-45/hour

Bloom Therapy & Wellness is a growing private practice providing trauma-informed, mindfulness-based, and somatic therapy to clients across California. We are committed to culturally responsive care and are specifically seeking a bilingual clinician to better support our diverse client community.

Position Summary:
We are looking for a compassionate and motivated Bilingual AMFT (under 1,500 clinical hours) to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about trauma-informed work, mind-body approaches, and providing culturally attuned care. All sessions are conducted remotely.

This role also includes hands-on business coaching, offering practical skills to help you successfully transition into private practice post-licensure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide bilingual trauma-informed, mindfulness-based, and somatic therapy to a minimum of 25 clients per week
• Conduct in-person sessions in Santa Barbara and telehealth sessions across California
• Complete intake assessments, treatment plans, and ongoing psychotherapy
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Participate in weekly triadic and group supervision
• Engage in business coaching for private practice development

Requirements:

• Active AMFT, ACSW, APCC registration in California
• Fewer than 1,500 supervised clinical hours
• Master’s degree in MFT, Psychology, or related field
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Commitment to trauma-informed and mind-body therapeutic approaches
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
• Dedication to culturally competent care
