BILINGUAL AUTOMOTIVE SALES PROFESSIONAL

USAUTO CENTER is in need of experienced Automotive Sales Professionals. We are growing and to continue our growth we are looking for Motivated, Talented Professionals. We need bi-lingual speaking(Only) salesperson right away.Commission per sale starts at $250+.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Assist customers with vehicle selection and promote model options & features.

* Report to Sales Manager regarding objectives and personal goals.

* Demonstrate vehicles including test drives.

* Negotiate the sale in a clean, concise, and highly ethical fashion.

* Ensure that all require documentation be completed and in compliance with regs and standards.

* Must be familiar with using a CRM to track all customers.

* Must be able to develop new business and leads through personal marketing efforts.

REQUIREMENTS:

* Must maintain a positive attitude, be trainable, and take direction and be distend to succeed.

* Must have at least 1 year automotive sales experience. (prefer at least 2)

* Professional appearance, good communication skills.

* Valid driver's license, clean DMV record.

* Strong computer, internet, and social media skills and using smartphone technology.

* Must be willing to ask for the sale and follow through.

* Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships.

* Excellent customer service focus.

* Demonstrate ability to close sales.

* Prior experience working with customers and providing an exceptional experience.
