Position Overview

We are hiring motivated and responsible Bilingual Baristas to join our Manhattan location. No prior experience is required — we provide structured, paid training and clear advancement opportunities.

Job Responsibilities

Learn and understand daily store workflow and operations

Prepare beverages strictly according to company SOP standards

Maintain store cleanliness and sanitation standards

Follow shift manager’s instructions and task assignments

Support team members to ensure smooth daily operations

Requirements

Must be 20 years or older

Eligible for legal tax reporting (full-time)

Bilingual in English and Chinese (required)

Strong personal hygiene habits

Ability to strictly follow SOP standards

Strong stress tolerance and execution mindset

Willing to work rotating shifts, including weekends

Team-oriented with a positive and professional attitude

Willing to complete required training

Compensation & Growth

$17 – $19.50 per hour + Tips (additional income)
