Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and bilingual (English/Spanish) professional to join our team as a Booking Meta / Facebook Leads and Dispatch Specialist for home improvement projects, including roofing, windows, and remodeling jobs. In this role, you will be the vital link between potential clients and our skilled service teams, managing incoming leads from social media platforms and efficiently dispatching jobs to ensure timely project execution. Responsibilities

• Manage and respond promptly to incoming Facebook leads and other online inquiries in both English and Spanish, ensuring high-quality customer engagement.
• Qualify prospective clients by understanding their project needs, budget, and timeline to facilitate accurate lead routing.
• Schedule appointments with clients for consultations, estimates, or service visits, coordinating with the appropriate field teams.
• Dispatch service technicians and crews efficiently based on project scope, location, and team availability to maximize productivity.
• Maintain detailed records of all interactions, appointments, and dispatch activities within our CRM system.
• Communicate clearly with clients regarding appointment confirmations or rescheduling to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to optimize scheduling workflows and improve overall lead conversion rates.

Experience

• Previous experience in construction estimating, project coordination, or dispatching within the home improvement or roofing industry is highly preferred.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required to effectively serve diverse customer bases.
• Familiarity with construction tools such as hand tools, power tools, schematics, blueprints reading, and basic carpentry concepts is advantageous.
• Knowledge of construction processes including framing, roofing, masonry, plumbing, drywall installation (including stucco), tile laying, restoration work, heavy lifting techniques, and metal stud framing will be beneficial.
• Experience working on construction sites or in roles involving blueprint interpretation or renovation projects will help you excel.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for managing multiple leads and dispatch schedules efficiently.
