We are working with important client with over 25 years of experience in industrial sourcing solutions for the mining and heavy industry sectors.

The company has operations in the United States, Chile, and Ecuador, and serves clients across Latin America.

Key Responsibilities (What You Will Execute):

• Order Follow-up: Perform complete follow-up on international purchase orders (deadlines, delivery conditions, and documentation). Promptly report any deviations.
• SAP Data Entry: Accurately enter invoices and record payment postings using SAP Business One .
• Client Communication: Keep clients updated on their order status and help resolve issues or inquiries clearly and professionally.
• Supplier Relations : Maintain strong contact with international suppliers to ensure compliance with agreements.
• Other Duties: Perform administrative or support tasks requested by management, always within the legal framework.

Job Requirements:

• Experience: A minimum of 3 years of solid experience in international purchasing, global sourcing, or import logistics.
• Education: Technical or professional degree in International Trade, Business Administration, International Logistics, or Supply Chain Management.
• Software Skills: Advanced knowledge of SAP Business One (mandatory) and strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Required Software: High proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Language: Fluent spoken and written Spanish and English are mandatory.

Position Details:

Location: Deerfield Beach, Florida.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., office-based.

Salary: 60.000
