We are seeking a Bilingual Call Center Coordinator (English/Spanish) to join Luxe Foot Surgery, a premier practice specializing in podiatry, cosmetic foot procedures, and patient-centered care. You’ll be the first point of contact for patients, guiding them with professionalism, charisma, and empathy—from the initial phone call to their in-office consultation.
This role is perfect for someone extroverted, dynamic, and confident on camera, who enjoys engaging with people both over the phone and through social media content. You’ll play a key part in building strong patient relationships while also helping to grow our online presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for new and returning patients via phone, text, email, and other communication channels.
- Educate patients on procedures, treatment options, and expectations in a clear and supportive manner.
- Manage inbound/outbound calls, schedule consultations, and coordinate follow-ups to maximize conversions.
- Provide personalized guidance, building trust and ensuring an exceptional patient experience.
- Collaborate with the marketing team by participating in social media content creation (videos, patient education posts, testimonials, behind-the-scenes, etc.).
- Maintain accuracy and organization in our CRM and scheduling systems.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in sales, call center, or patient coordination (medical, aesthetics, or healthcare setting preferred).
- Bilingual English/Spanish (required) – strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Extroverted personality, comfortable engaging with patients and appearing in social media content.
- Proven ability to convert leads into consultations and sales.
- Strong organizational skills and familiarity with CRM/EMR tools (training provided if needed).
