Bilingual Call Center Representative

McCormick Law Firm is seeking Spanish bilingual call center representatives to support day-to-day operations of a rapidly growing business. Applicants must be fully fluent in both spoken and written Spanish. This includes the ability to clearly communicate complex information, read and comprehend legal documentation, and accurately document client conversations in Spanish. Strong Spanish grammar, spelling, and writing skills are essential, as is the ability to switch seamlessly between English and Spanish during client interactions. Applicants should also be prepared to display critical thinking and attention to detail in a high volume, fast paced environment. While law firm and/ or personal injury knowledge is preferred, it is not required.

Duties include:

• Answer an average of 75 phone calls per day
• Answer potential new client calls and gather intake details to transfer to the appropriate employee
• Answer existing client calls and direct them to the appropriate employee
• Respond to internet and phone inquiries using our provided scripts
• Complete lead list provided by management daily
• Communicate efficiently with the Call Center Manager and Intake Manager

Compensation is hourly beginning at $18 per hour and increases based on the experience level of the candidate.
