Bilingual Call Center Representative (Corporate Office)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: Hourly + Bonus Incentives
Software: Open Dental experience preferred
Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and professional Bilingual Call Center Representative to join our corporate team. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service to patients and clients in both English and Spanish, helping ensure a smooth, positive experience across all interactions.
Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service in both English and Spanish
- Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, and digital communications
- Provide accurate information about services and patient inquiries
- Resolve concerns promptly with professionalism and empathy
- Accurately document all interactions in Open Dental and other systems
- Maintain up-to-date and complete patient records
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and support
- Manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and efficiency
- Stay informed on office updates, services, and procedures
- Adapt quickly in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Qualifications
- Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service–focused with a positive, professional attitude
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable using call center systems and dental software (Open Dental preferred)
- Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented and adaptable
- Previous call center or dental office experience preferred, but not required
Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
