A prestigious and well-established personal injury law firm is seeking a Bilingual Case Manager to join our growing team.

Requirements

• Fluency in English and Spanish is required
• Prior pre‑litigation personal injury experience
• High-energy, motivated professional who thrives in a fast‑paced team environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Strong client service skills
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Available to work full time, with overtime as needed

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial client consultations
• Review cases with in-house attorneys
• Open and manage insurance claims
• Prepare and send letters of representation
• Follow up on client medical treatment
• Handle property damage claims
• Manage high-volume caseloads
• Request and track medical records
