ReShape Health Clinic is a growing, patient-focused practice specializing in weight loss, hormone therapy, and wellness care. We are seeking a motivated, professional, and bilingual Certified Medical Assistant to join our team.

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Certified Medical Assistant who is fluent in both English and Spanish and comfortable working in both clinical and administrative roles. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesFront Desk & Administrative Duties

• Greet and check in patients in a professional and friendly manner
• Answer phone calls and assist with scheduling appointments
• Manage patient communication via phone, text, and patient portal
• Verify patient information and maintain accurate records
• Assist with prior authorizations and referrals
• Handle administrative tasks including scanning, faxing, and documentation

Clinical Duties

• Room patients and obtain vital signs
• Document chief complaints and update medical history
• Assist provider with procedures as needed
• Administer injections (IM/SQ) as directed
• Perform phlebotomy (preferred but not required)
• Provide patient education and follow-up instructions

Qualifications

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) – Required
• Certified Medical Assistant – Required
• Clinical experience preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and patient service skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
