Bilingual - Chiropractic Assistant

Our practice is looking for a new energetic team member who is warm and caring towards our patients, loves to learn, and has an exceptional positive attitude. Our new team member is punctual, passionate about communicating and working with many different kinds of people.

This rewarding position is detail oriented and can be physical, so a level of mental and physical fitness is important. Familiarity with musculoskeletal anatomy, experience as a Chiropractic patient, Chiropractic employee, or other healthcare staff is a plus but not required.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in spelling, grammar, and basic math
• Multi-tasking and neatness
• Cheerful smile and demeanor
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Job Duties:

• Setting up patients on therapies/modalities
• Answering phones/scheduling appointments
• Verify Insurance
• Proven ability to work efficiently
• Must be able to multi-task, fast paced office
• Assisting with patient flow
• Patient check in and check out

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Chiropractic Assistant: 1 year (Required)
• Customer Service: 1 year (Required)
