“Bilingual Chiropractic Assistant / Medical Receptionist – Patient Care Role”

Rubino Back & Neck Care Center of West Haven, CT is seeking a friendly, dependable bilingual (English/Spanish) Chiropractic Assistant / Medical Receptionist to join our established chiropractic and therapy office.

Our practice has served the community for over 40 years. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people and helping create a welcoming and professional environment for patients.

This position combines front desk responsibilities with assisting patients with therapy modalities under the doctor’s supervision.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly and check them in for appointments
• Answer phones and schedule appointments
• Maintain an organized and welcoming front desk
• Assist patients with therapy modalities including heat therapy, electric muscle stimulation, and vibration massage under doctor supervision
• Help patients with basic therapy equipment and exercises as instructed
• Prepare and clean therapy areas between patients
• Process payments and assist with basic office paperwork
• Help keep the office organized and running smoothly throughout the day

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who is:

• Friendly, welcoming, and comfortable interacting with patients
• Energetic and attentive when patients enter the office
• Reliable and punctual
• Organized and able to multitask in a small office environment
• Comfortable helping patients with therapy equipment
• Fluent in both English and Spanish

Preferred (but not required)

• Experience working in a medical, chiropractic, physical therapy, or healthcare office
• Reception or customer service experience
• Experience assisting patients with therapy equipment

This is a small healthcare office where the assistant plays an important role in creating a positive patient experience. The ideal candidate enjoys staying active, helping patients, and contributing to a smooth and professional office environment.

Compensation / Pay

$20 to $25 dollars per hour depending on experience.
