Bilingual Claims Adjuster - Remote

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Bilingual (English/Spanish) Claims Adjuster to join our client's team. In this role, you will be responsible for investigating and evaluating insurance claims to determine the extent of the insurance company's liability. You will work closely with clients, insurance agents, and other stakeholders to ensure a fair and efficient claims process. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent customer service abilities, and a solid understanding of workers' compensation law.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze insurance claims to assess validity and coverage.
• Conduct thorough investigations by gathering relevant information from claimants, witnesses, and medical professionals.
• Negotiate settlements with claimants while ensuring compliance with company policies and legal standards.
• Utilize financial software to document claims processing and maintain accurate records.
• Identify potential fraud through effective detection methods and implement necessary actions.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns from claimants in a timely manner.
• Stay updated on changes in workers' compensation law to ensure compliance in all claims handling processes.
• Prepare detailed reports summarizing findings and recommendations for management review.
• Other duties as assigned

Skills

• Florida 620 license
• Bilingual - English/Spanish
• Proficient in fraud prevention detection techniques.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex information effectively.
• Excellent customer service skills to foster positive relationships with clients.
• Familiarity with financial software for claims processing and documentation.
