Bilingual Client Communications & Intake Coordinator (Mandarin/English)

Boutique college admissions consulting firm seeking a bilingual Mandarin/English Client Communications & Intake Coordinator for an in-person part-time role in Brooklyn.

This person will support client communication, new lead follow-up, scheduling, intake coordination, and day-to-day administrative tasks. The role will also include light support with filming short-form social media content alongside the founder.

We are looking for someone who is warm, polished, organized, highly responsive, and comfortable working with Mandarin-speaking clients and families.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Mandarin and English
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organization and follow-through
  • Comfortable with client-facing communication
  • In-person availability in Brooklyn
  • Detail-oriented, professional, and dependable

Preferred:

  • Experience in education, admissions, tutoring, client service, or intake coordination
  • Familiarity with WeChat
  • Comfort supporting light social media filming/content tasks

Job Types: Part-time, Internship, Contract

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
