About the Job

We are a fully remote business with agents and employees across the world and are excited to add a new Customer Service Representative/Administrative Assistant to the team, known as our "Client Experience Concierges."

As a Client Experience Concierge, you will be the face of the company, providing exceptional service to all external customer contacts by answering e-mails, text messages, and phone calls regarding bookings, reservations, and booking changes. You will also be assisting the agents with their needs as it relates to the business.

You will be working 40 hours a week Monday through Friday during regular business hours. You can start anytime between 9am to 12pm EST. Your training schedule will be 930am EST start time.

Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent required.
At least one year experience working in an office setting answering e-mails and calls.
Customer service experience.

Core responsibilities:

Respond to emails, text messages, and answer calls assisting guests with questions related to reservations.
Assist brides and their guests with anything related to their bookings within the scope of the services our agency provides.
Assist the agents with their requests and with their groups.

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and abilities:

Strong attention to detail
Outstanding customer service skills
Excellent oral and written communication abilities, including exceptional grammar in both English and Spanish (since most of the job is responding to emails)
Exceptional organizational and time management skills
Ability to multitask/switch gears
Solid grasp at basic math
Team player
Bilingual (Spanish) required
