Bilingual Clinical Administrative Coordinator

What You’ll Do:

• Manage daily referrals and intakes in the EMR system
• Gather required documentation and maintain accurate records
• Serve as front desk support: greeting families, answering phones, scheduling appointments

• Communicate professionally with caregivers in English and Spanish
• Coordinate weekly referral reporting with HR and Business Development
• Support administrative tasks, applicant interviews, and clinic operations
• Prior experience with Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) Preferred
• Prior experience in a Home Health Therapy administrative role Preferred

What We’re Looking For:

• Bilingual Spanish/English (required)
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 2+ years in a medical or clinical office setting preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams
• EMR experience preferred (Raintree a plus)

Schedule:

• Full-time \u007C Monday–Friday \u007C 8:30am–5:00pm

Compensation & Growth:

• Hourly Range: $18.00–$24.00 per hour, based on experience and bilingual proficiency
• Entry-level bilingual candidates typically start at $18.00–$20.00/hour
• Experienced bilingual medical office candidates may earn up to $24.00/hour
• Includes a 90-day performance review with potential compensation evaluation
