Position: Clinical Partnership Liaison (Full-Time)

Join our dynamic team as a Clinical Partnership Liaison, where your expertise in consultative sales and relationship management will provide the perfect foundation to support our B to B marketing initiatives in the IVF community. We are looking for a professional who excels in communication, organization, and maintains collaborative relationships with external partners. While experience in healthcare or infertility services is advantageous, we are committed to training the right individual. This role demands a proactive approach in administration, relationship building, and achieving KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively participate in targeted marketing strategies to enhance partnership network. This includes representing the company at trade shows and conferences.
  • Proactively initiate the outreach process, including scheduling appointments with warm leads, conducting initial consultations, and presenting our services with in-depth knowledge.
  • Educate and provide value to prospective partners about how our services and procedures support and are aligned with their objectives.
  • Build and maintain robust partnerships with a variety of contacts within the same organization, balancing effectively communicating our capabilities, while maintaining focusing on their needs and changes.
  • Facilitate partner digital and physical materials requests and partnership packages.
  • Support and expand our referral-based patient acquisition, collaborating with new and existing partners to expand networks domestically and abroad.
  • Ensure seamless coordination between partners and our clinical team, fostering lasting relationships while maintaining meticulous records of interactions and processes.
  • Collaborate with medical and sales teams to deliver an exceptional experience to partners and clients.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years account management experience and 2 years of experience in consultative sales and negotiations.
  • Exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and rapport-building abilities.
  • Self-motivated with a proven track record in a production-driven environment.
  • Genuine passion for assisting individuals in creating their desired families. Prior experience in this domain is a bonus.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but substantial sales experience can substitute for formal education.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour
