We are a Nebraska-based collection agency with over 30 years of experience, known for being professional, respectful, and results-driven — not aggressive or predatory.

This is NOT a typical call center job.

We’re looking for a bilingual (Spanish/English) professional who can confidently handle conversations, build trust, and drive results.

Compensation

• $35,000 – $50,000+ annually (Base + Commission)
• Hourly base pay based on experience
• Uncapped commission after training
• Paid time off + holiday pay

What You’ll Do

• Communicate with consumers via phone and written communication to resolve outstanding accounts
• Negotiate and establish realistic repayment solutions
• Perform skip tracing using phone, internet, and internal systems
• Locate and verify consumer demographic information
• Evaluate accounts and determine the best resolution strategy
• Maintain accurate notes and account updates
• Support additional collection-related documentation and reporting

What We’re Looking For

• Fluent in Spanish and English
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Confidence in handling difficult conversations professionally
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to think critically
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Self-motivated and dependable

Preferred Experience:

• Sales
• Banking or financial services
• Collections or account management

Schedule

• Monday – Friday
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• No weekends
• No holidays
