Bilingual Collector

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Make collection calls on overdue loans
• Educate customers on all product offerings
• Provide customer service with every existing and potential customer
• Safeguard and maintain customer records

REQUIREMENTS

• Exceptional customer service attitude
• Spanish speaking individual is a strong plus.
• 1 years previous experience in retail, banking, hospitality, customer service, or collections
• Some computer familiarity or skills
• Able to work Monday to Saturday
• High school diploma / GED
