Scrachee is a community-driven skincare brand created to support people navigating eczema-prone and sensitive skin.

Our mission is simple:

We're more than a skincare brand. We provide education, support, and simple routines that help families feel less overwhelmed and more confident caring for their skin.

We're looking for a warm, relatable person to become a trusted voice within our community and help create educational, encouraging, and authentic content.

About The Role

This is NOT a social media manager role.

This is NOT a video editing role.

This is NOT an influencer role.

Our team handles strategy, editing, posting, and captions.

We're looking for someone who feels comfortable on camera and can help bring our content, education, and community conversations to life.

You'll create videos, share stories, participate in occasional live conversations, and help our audience feel understood, supported, and informed.

What You'll Do

• Record short-form videos for social media
• Create educational content around eczema, sensitive skin, routines, and skin barrier support
• Share personal experiences, stories, and relatable insights
• Participate in occasional Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok Lives
• Help answer common questions through content
• Represent the voice and values of the Scrachee community
• Collaborate with our team on content ideas and campaigns

We're Looking For Someone Who Is

• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Comfortable and confident on camera
• Warm, empathetic, and naturally conversational
• Passionate about wellness and helping others
• Able to explain complicated topics in a simple, relatable way
• Reliable, responsive, and professional
• Excited to learn about eczema, skin barrier health, and sensitive skin

• You have eczema or sensitive skin
• You are a parent or caregiver of a child with eczema
• You have experience with TSW (Topical Steroid Withdrawal)
• You have a background in wellness, skincare, education, or health
• You've created content before
• You've hosted lives, webinars, community groups, or educational conversations

Compensation

Part-Time

Approximately 5–10 hours per week initially.

Hourly compensation based on experience.

Potential for a long-term relationship as the role grows.

Products, training, and ongoing support will be provided.
