Bilingual Construction Assistant

Position Summary:
We're seeking a detail-oriented individual fluent in both Spanish and English to join our team. The Construction Admin will be responsible for checking and overseeing all construction projects for our real estate investment company. This includes supervising subcontractors, ensuring timely project completion, and managing construction employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the construction industry, demonstrate leadership abilities, and have a proven track record in managing construction projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily on-site operations to ensure deadlines, safety, and quality standards are met.
• Coordinate subcontractors, crews, and suppliers on active job sites.
• Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and permits.
• Manage schedules, daily reports, and site logistics.
• Ensure compliance with all local building codes and safety regulations.
• Anticipate and resolve construction challenges or delays.

Requirements:

• Bilingual: fluent in Spanish and English.
• 3+ years of experience as a Superintendent or similar role in residential/commercial construction.
• Strong experience with project budgets, timelines, and team management.
• Familiarity with construction management software and scheduling tools.
• Knowledge of Utah construction codes and safety standards.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• General knowledge of construction, including framing, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Ability to build strong relationships with workers, subcontractors, and stakeholders.

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Saturday as needed

• Sandy, UT: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
